Welcome to Transpackwood. This website is run by me, Alexis, through my company TRANSPACK. When I say "we," "us," or "our" on this site, I mean Transpackwood.

Transpackwood is operated by TRANSPACK, a company registered in France with our registered office at 50 Rue Marcelin Berthelot, 93700 Drancy, France. We currently sell and ship exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom. All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you're browsing, buying, or just looking around, you're using our Service, and these terms apply to you.

If we add new features or tools down the line, they'll fall under these same terms too.

We built our store on Shopify. They provide the e-commerce platform; we provide the lampshades.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You need to be old enough to make a purchase legally where you live. Don't use our products for anything illegal, and please don't try to break the site with viruses or malicious code. If you do, we'll terminate your access immediately.

2. How We Run Things

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime. Your content (not payment info) may move across networks unencrypted as part of normal browsing. Your credit card data is always encrypted. Don't copy, resell, or exploit any part of our Service without written permission from us.

3. Information on This Site

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the information here is for general guidance. If you're making a big decision, double-check with primary sources. We may update site content, and while we try to keep things current, we can't guarantee every detail is perfect at every moment.

4. Pricing

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We do not change prices after you have placed and paid for an order. If we accidentally list something at the wrong price due to a typo or system error, we will either:

  • Cancel your order and refund you in full, or
  • Contact you to ask if you want to proceed at the correct price

We will never charge you more than what was shown at checkout without your explicit agreement first. We may modify or discontinue the Service, but any order you have already paid for will be honored.

5. Our Products

Some items are only available online. Stock may be limited. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly as they appear in real life. We may limit sales by region or quantity. We can discontinue a product anytime. If a product is restricted where you live, we can't sell it to you there.

6. Your Order & Account Info

We can refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, reselling, or other abuse. If we cancel an order you've already placed, we'll try to reach you by email or phone. 7. Third-Party Tools

We may offer tools from other companies. We don't control them and don't warranty them. Use them at your own risk, and make sure you understand their terms.

8. Links to Other Sites

We may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, products, or policies. If you buy something through a third-party link, that's between you and them.

9. Comments & Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them freely without compensating you. We don't have to keep them confidential. We may remove comments we find unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate. Don't submit anything that violates someone else's rights or contains malware.

11. Mistakes Happen

Occasionally we might have a typo, wrong price, or outdated info on the site. If you already ordered and we catch an error, we'll contact you right away and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We won't just change your order without telling you. We update our site regularly and do our best to keep pricing and product info accurate.

12. What You Can't Do

No unlawful use, no harassment, no discrimination, no viruses, no spam, no scraping, no interfering with our security. Break these rules and we will terminate your access.

13. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability

We don't guarantee the site will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. Use the site and our products at your own risk. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Transpackwood and TRANSPACK are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, replacement costs, etc. — arising from your use of the Service or our products.

If your actions cause us legal trouble, you agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

You can stop using our site anytime. We can also terminate your access if you violate these terms. Any obligations you owed us before termination (like unpaid balances) still apply.

These terms, plus any policies posted on our site, make up the full agreement between you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
