  • We ship all orders from our workshop in Drancy, France, to addresses across the United Kingdom. We do not ship to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or any address outside the UK.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+1) are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to the UK takes approximately 4 to 5 business days.

    In total, you can expect your order within 5 to 7 business days.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Yes. Every order is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

    We provide a prepaid return label, so return shipping is free. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
