Refund policy

We want you to love your Transpackwood purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in the process of being shipped and cannot be canceled.

To cancel, email us at Contact@transpackwood.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation so we can process your request quickly.

If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every order you place with us is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This starts from the day you get your order. If you are not happy with what you bought, you can send it back and get a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Returning something is easy. Just follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Step 1 — Contact Our Team
    Send us an email at Contact@transpackwood.com to start the return process.
  • Step 2 – We'll Handle the Approval
    We'll look into your request and get back to you quickly. If everything checks out, we'll email you a prepaid return label straight away.
  • Step 3 – Drop It Off
    Print the label, stick it on the box, and leave it at your nearest post office or drop-off shipping point. That's it.

Please Note

  • Return shipping is fully covered — the label is on us, so there's nothing to pay. Just make sure you wait for our approval before sending anything back, as we're unable to accept returns that arrive unannounced.

Refunds, Fees and Exchanges

  • No Restocking Fees
    We don't charge any fees when you return something. What you paid is what you get back — nothing deducted.
  • Refund Processing Time
    Once we receive your item and check it over, we'll email you to confirm. If everything looks good, your refund will be back on your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges
    Rather a swap than a refund? Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. As long as the item is unused and still in its original box, we'll take care of the rest.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at Contact@transpackwood.com with a photo or short video. We'll sort it out straight away. either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is taking longer than expected or hasn't shown up, email us at Contact@transpackwood.com and we'll look into it with the carrier right away. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no delays, no back and forth.

Important to Know

  • We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used or are missing their original packaging.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not able to take responsibility for orders sent to a wrong address provided at the time of purchase.
  • For packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we're unfortunately unable to cover any loss or theft after that point.
